In the early 1990s, we started the un-official company out of our garage. We’ve decided to take things a step further. Hello and welcome to the family business. Both father and son are VW and Audi Experts with a combined motor trade experience of 65 years. Our qualifications include a National Diploma in Motor Mechanics with a red seal from Olifantsfontein, a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and experience as an oil and gas consultant

We work in accordance with VW and Audi standards, performing electrical circuit diagnostics and repairs in accordance with the work procedure and instructions provided by the car manufacturer. There will be no shortcuts.

1. Call logged with reception or via our bookings app.
2. Vehicle information is recorded and booked via our booking app
3. Location sent via Whatsapp
4. Vehicle arrives at the workshop, prepared with steering, floor, and body protection
5. Job card opened, vehicle tagged using our smart tagging system, Technician assigned
6. Inspection carried out, approval awaiting customer approval
7. Customer give written approval
8. Vehicle is repaired, tagging system updated, job card updated and logged
9. Vehicle cleaned, tagging updated, client notified for collection
10. Payment to be made via EFT or through card system
11. Our smart system will notify you on your next service/repair.
